Important Dates:

Submission deadline for abstract and workshop proposals: February 28th, 2021 – 18:00 CET

Accept/Reject notification: May 10th, 2021

Early Bird Registration Discount: May 17th, 2021

Opening of in-person registration: July 1st, 2021


Abstracts

What are the submission steps for the Abstract?

 

Creation of the Abstract Document
  • Use the approved template to create your abstract document.
  • Abstracts should include all author and department information.
  • Submissions should be sent to icplp2021@gmail.com.

Notification
  • The committee will begin reviewing abstracts after the initial submission deadline has passed.
  • Following the review, the committee will advise the corresponding author of either the acceptance or rejection of the proposed abstract.
  • If rejected there is no further action, and the abstract will not be included in the conference program.
  • If Accepted the abstract will move into the Final Submission Step.

 

Final Submission

During the final submission step the corresponding proposer/organizer must:

  • Submit the Final Draft of the Abstract using the approved template
  • Please note the information provided in this document will be utilized to promote and highlight your abstract.

 


Workshops

What are the submission steps for the Workshop?

  • Use the approved template to create your Workshop proposal document.
  • Workshop proposals should include all author and department information.
